Farmer Thief built in POE

I recently got back to PoE after a break. After a month and a half in the tournament, I picked up the Fire Trap Element from Subtractem for my first build. I've definitely convinced myself that playing construction is boring and seems messy, I absolutely hate it and don't want to improve it any further.

I've always wanted to try a build that excels in theft because I love theft, but it's not specifically for theft.

Which build would you recommend for:

- Contract/plan to rob agricultural products quickly and safely;

- Zoom into non-giga juicy maps i.e. alch and go t14+ temple farming maps, buffers, essences and possibly deli mirrors;

- Scaling up in the ultimate game. I don't need tens of millions of damage, however, I'm just comfortable with farming maps;

- Requires a small budget to start it.

Is TR Raider still the best option?

I currently have about 3 Divines and can farm more if needed, . Heist is mostly just zoom-zoom and tank and doesn't need much dmg, so TR raider is still the 'best' option.

But if you don't want to upgrade the new character you can play DO/CA occultist, but I think it will be like a fire trap, is a DoT build but at least you have the pop up. Poison BV will be similar, but cold occult BV is good and will feel different (first choice for me). Any minion build is great for the heist. Occultist of Imminent Doom if you want to feel like a caster, or play on PF for better imo rates if you don't mind leveling up.
