After this: Once Leda decides to eliminate Hornsent, head to the circled location and assist Leda by defeating Hornsent. This will reward you with the Soiled Loincloth, the Hornsent Set, and the Falx Curved Sword.

2. Ancient Ruins of Rauh

Location: The Ancient Ruins of Rauh is the next possible location where you can encounter Hornsent, especially if you sided with Hornsent during the Shadow Keep sequence or if you skipped the fight entirely.
