Diablo 4: How to get Uniques Items including Uber Uniques

Details of all Uniques in Diablo 4, include Uber Uniques and new additions for Season 4

cheap Diablo IV Items are highly prized items, as they have special attributes that can completely change your playstyle and are also exceedingly rare. The pool of Uniques is constantly growing and evolving, with equipment such as Tyrael's Might and Yen's Blessing being added as part of the Diablo 4 Season 4 update to provide fresh options for boosting your abilities and stats significantly. As these items rarely appear outside of the higher difficulty levels and often require the RNG gods to be smiling on you in Diablo 4, it's no surprise that those who own them will proudly display them as a badge of honor.

On top of these, you also have eight Uber Unique items, which are somehow even rarer to find, making them extremely coveted discoveries. If you want to know how to get Uniques in Diablo 4, what new Uniques have been added for Season 4, or a complete listing of all Uniques available so far, then I've got you covered with all of that information below.

reviously if you wanted a chance at earning Uniques then you needed to up your game, as they could only appear as loot once you increased your Diablo 4 World Tier to Nightmare or Torment level. From Season 4 onwards this has changed and Uniques can now potentially drop at any World Tier level, though they are more likely to appear at Tier 3 or 4. You may discover Uniques by opening Diablo 4 Helltide chests and Grim Favor caches, completing world events, or finishing dungeons, though working your way through Nightmare Dungeons after collecting Nightmare Sigils is a solid route to success. If you're feeling brave then you can also take on the World Bosses, including Ashava, Avarice, or Wandering Death, at Torment level, as they have a good track record of dropping Uniques and you can also team up with other players to assist.

Uber Uniques in Diablo 4 are the rarest of the rare Unique items and have incredibly low drop rates so you need to be exceedingly lucky to find any of them. Helpfully, they can at least be equipped by any character class, so nobody is excluded from using them. They all drop at an impressive item power of 925 and can be found in the same locations as 'regular' Uniques, though you'll need to defeat enemies at level 55 or above for even an impossibly low chance to get them. For a better, though still very rare, chance to get an Uber Unique drop, you need to fight the two endgame bosses Uber Duriel and Uber Andariel.

There were originally six Diablo 4 Uber Uniques, with the Ahavarion Spear of Lycander added as part of the Season 1 update and Tyrael's Might arriving in Season 4. The full list of Uber Uniques is as follows:

Ahavarion, Spear of Lycander (Staff)

Andariel's Visage (Helm)

Doombringer (One-Handed Sword)

The Grandfather (Two-Handed Sword)

Harlequin Crest (Helm)

Melted Heart of Selig (Amulet)

Ring of Starless Skies (Ring)

Tyrael's Might (Chest)

As of Season 4, it is now possible to craft Uber Uniques by visiting an Alchemist with four Diablo 4 Resplendent Sparks, though that crafting material is particularly difficult to source. Read that linked guide for further details of how to obtain it, so you can craft an Uber Unique of your choice.
